Job description

Lavanda Dry employees receive customer orders via the Employee App, the location of the vehicle (at what address) and what time they need to come and clean the vehicle. Then, an employee or a team of 2 employees goes to the address and cleans the vehicle with nanotechnology preparations that do not require water.

All new employees undergo training and spend the first few weeks in the field paired with more experienced colleagues.

Employees are responsible for:

- vehicle cleaning in the city of Rijeka and the surrounding area. Vehicles are cleaned both in indoor locations (garages) and in outdoor parking lots
- communication with users (arranging appointments, accepting vehicles, additional services, etc.)
- user experience. Through positive communication with users and through the provision of superior service, the goal of Lavanda Dry employees is to delight every user
- washing cloths in the office and preparing the necessary preparations for work
- accepting cash from users and handing over cash to the cash register

The employer offers you incentive part of the salary - if the worker exceeds the set target number of vehicles washed, he receives incentive supplements to his salary every month.
