Our service includes finding and selecting ideal candidates for your facilities – including interviewing and checking the candidate’s previous experience with former employers. If the candidate meets the criteria we have mutually agreed upon, we will issue a work permit for the candidate and provide them to you for the period you need, a minimum of 3 months. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the candidate, we will provide you with another candidate in a realistic timeframe.
Payment is made once a month. The amount to be paid is calculated according to the hours worked by the employee, and includes the employee's net salary, all contributions for the employee, i.e. gross, and the agency commission. We also provide employment mediation services when we use the same process to find a candidate for you who you directly employ, and we collect all the documents for you to prepare a work permit. We charge a one-time commission for this service.
